1. National offers access to pre-employment physicals, drug & alcohol testing, background and drivers license checks, credit and sex offenders checks, reference checks, etc.
2. National can evaluate skills and administer behavioral testing as part of your pre-employment selection process.
3. National will provide access to on-line new hire orientations.
4. National will conduct employee handbook review.
5. National can assist in the interview and job offer process.

Employee Exit Process

1. National can assist in the termination process.
2. National can assist with the exit interview.
3. National can take care of the paperwork and compliance with DOL and Wage and Hour.
