Janis B. Sweeney, President

Janis is the founder of National Employee Management Resources. Janis has 40 years of experience in the employment industry and has worked in a management capacity at several National employment firms during her career. Janis sits on the Board of Directors for our local Chamber of Commerce.

Steven D. Sweeney, Regional Sales Manager

An alumni of Drexel University as well as Bishop Eustace Prep, Steven has worked in a management capacity for National since 2001.  Prior to 2001, he was involved with the business on a client relationship level.  Steven holds his insurance license in the lines of health and life. 

Robert J. Klaiss, Business Development Manager

Robert has worked in managment for National since 2002.  Robert hold his insurance license in the lines of health, life and property / casualty
